This 2023 Audi TT is a full Stage 3 flex fuel build, calibrated entirely by PTEB. It made 348.5 kW and 592.4 Nm at the wheels.
The build
- Garrett PMAX 2 turbocharger
- ECU conversion from Simos 18.10 to 18.1
- MPI 980cc injectors
- 7.5R mechatronic conversion
- Water-methanol injection (WMI)
- True E85 flex fuel system
Why the supporting parts matter
A bigger turbo is only useful if everything around it can keep up. The injectors and flex fuel system supply the extra fuel, WMI helps control intake temperatures and knock, and the mechatronic conversion lets the DSG hold the torque.
