You may use this site for its intended purpose — learning about our services, requesting a quote, booking an appointment, or purchasing products. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping content at scale, or interfering with its normal operation.

Information on this site — including power/torque figures, timing results, and modification recommendations — describes results achieved on specific vehicles under specific conditions. Results on your vehicle will depend on its condition, platform, and modification level, and are confirmed individually through a quote or pre-approval, not guaranteed by anything published on this site.

Vehicle modification carries inherent risk. ECU/TCU tuning and related performance modifications can affect a vehicle's reliability, manufacturer warranty, insurance cover, and road-registration compliance. It's your responsibility to check the implications for your specific vehicle, warranty, insurance policy, and state/territory registration rules before proceeding. We'll discuss known risks relevant to your build during the quote process, but the decision to proceed is yours.

Shop orders are processed and fulfilled subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy, in addition to these terms. Bookings for tuning services are subject to confirmation and vehicle pre-approval.

The content on this site — including text, images, logos, and the PTEB Tuning name and branding — belongs to PTEB Tuning or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not reproduce or reuse it commercially without our written permission.

This site links to third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, and Shopify. We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those third-party sites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PTEB Tuning excludes liability for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and you submit to the jurisdiction of its courts.
