Enquiry form. When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), vehicle details, current modifications (optional), fuel type (optional), and any notes or goals you provide.

Bookings. If you book a session with us, we (or our booking provider, Cal.com) collect your name, email, phone number, and appointment details.

Shop orders. Product purchases (e.g. the Tuned By PTEB hoodie) are processed through Shopify's checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment card details — these are handled directly by Shopify and its payment processor.

Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we use analytics tools that collect information about how you use the site — pages visited, general location (city/region level), device and browser type, and on-site interactions.

This site uses:

• Google Analytics 4 — to understand site traffic and usage patterns.
• Microsoft Clarity — which may record on-site interactions such as clicks, scrolling, and mouse movement, to help us understand how visitors use the site.

Both tools use cookies or similar technologies. You can opt out of Google Analytics using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on, and you can block cookies generally through your browser settings — though some parts of the site may not work as intended if you do.

• Resend — delivers enquiry emails from this site to us.

• If you contact us via WhatsApp, that conversation is also subject to WhatsApp/Meta's own privacy terms.
